From the accidents I have been in that were total wrecks I have seen this. They will do market research to see what cars equipped like yours in your general area are selling for and then make adjustments based on that. In ALL my cases I have gotten much more than I thought I would.

I have had this happen more times than I like to admit to. The most recent was some people used my card to open WoW accounts in a couple different states. BofA would not refund unless Blizzard gave specific details. Blizzard said "you bank should just take care of it." I never got my money...
