interested. slow66 was supposed to send a group-a oil pan to local company here in CT, so they could copy the design. i don't believe he has had time to do it, though. try to contact him and maybe he will let you borrow the pan to replicate.

i say relocate the battery behind the passenger seat. since the exhaust hangs on the drivers side, why not put the battery where i suggested and even out the weight a bit?

Nick, you da man! Seeing as how your connections can pretty much do anything - can they make an oem hood in red carbon fibre? I second what KeithH said about the bottom finish and windshield washer holes.
