ARP bolts are a 12point 13mm head. The stock bolts are 10mm allen heads.

The HKS is junk. Its just a piece of foam. My K&N has been fine for over 2 years. The best filter for our cars is the Apex-i kit. The Blitz is good also but is pricey. I believe supra90turbo has an AEM dry filter that is supposed to be good. Maybe he will chime in.
