bolts or hangers for what? the exhaust? if it was that then it'd only vibrate when your giving it throttle and when you go over bumps... it shouldn't vibrate under idle...

look into one of these man... it's a 57 trim stage V turbo from LIPP BOSS... It bolts straight to stock exhaust... heres a few snaps of mine... all a mock fiting... I was still waiting on an intake for it at the time of these pics...

there is usually one post like this almost every week... do a search on wheel fitment... searching is your friend...

better make sure toyota will actually do it... the toyota dealership around me won't work on a car that is more than 10yrs old if it hasn't already been worked on at their shop...

it's probably your clutch... if your clutch is fully engaged when your hitting 3.5k rpms and you're only going 20mph... I'd say clutch...
