Hmmm....I've got the same problem....'cept the warning light comes on full-time when the lights are on at night...no burnt bulbs or anything...but my car was rear-ended, so my box may be chooched.
Yeah, my buddy mentioned that a lot of security systems did that keeping the passenger door locked thing starting in the 90's. It makes sense when you think about it, but up until he mentioned that I thought my wiring was jacked or something...lol. I'm gonna have to try that double-key thing...
