If the injectors are in good condition, it'll be ok if the AFRs are in check. Although 440s for stock twins would be good for peace of mind.

Don't buy into the bullshit. Any of the stock turbos(CT26, CT12B) will have "shortened life" at 18psi.

Smoking is very nasty.

Boost controller, intercooler. Don't bother with the ypipe unless you have to change the turbos anyway. Or you really just feel like going through the trouble to take the turbos off. Boost the twins up to 18psi if you wish. You will feel a good difference between stock boost and ~16-18psi...
