My Rt rear was bad...... but I sold the car......... :biglaugh:
Only had 1 "known" doughnut in it....... The new mkIII bearing seem good, I'll try to get the left to go bad for ya'll...... a right hand turn doughnut...... that sounds........ funky............ but it's for the forums I...
Am I the only one that noticed that it should be "WHY -are- silicone couplers so expensive?"
I agree, just spend the money and do it right, you'll be glad U did
Lanky, you're always looking on the brightside of the mkII, aren't you?
Seriously, I will put $5 somewhere inside the car if someone comes and gets it. I have the title, and it's clear...... it's also missing a front fender now.... :biglaugh:
Come get it, and she's yours......
You'll only need an engine.... trans...... Driveshaft...... rear end...... and rear axles, and you'll be set..... O, and a fuel tank...... gotta have it. Clean title, just a little too much rear quarter rust. Just a few more thing if U want it to be 5...
my old mkIII did this, it was a cracked lower boost hose.... shot black crapp everywhere, but I see you already have a hardpipe kit installed...
temp switch hooked up..... working?
Codes?
so..... mkIII guys go for the starter from the top....?
Anyway, I can't remember if the firewall is a problem or not, but two ratchet wrenches always did it for me (on mkII's) and is just as easy to get from the top as bottom (IIRC) best bet is 2 people, like most jobs. I am kinda intrigued...
v-6 Camaro...... :momaru: j/k..... but seriously....... v-6 Camaro?

Don't be a pansie..... slap a couple of flywheel bolts in the crack, get a big ass screwdriver, put the screwdriver between them, let the screwdriver hit on the stand somewhere and break it loose..... make sure U thread the bolts in far enough though... I've only had one ever break off on me...
In my mind I see something in the area of $1500 for it, is it worth that much?
Also, it's a crappy 4 lug, like the mkII so wheel possibilities are VERY limited. :icon_conf
