Funny side note. Ever mix the black, red, and gray RTV silicone gasket maker together???
If you wanna try this I suggest you go outside when you do it, or at least make sure you have plenty of ventilation.
if you diy it's not very expensive at all unless you're counting what your hourly worth is. This job takes a TON of work but at the end it is very worth it. My best advice to anyone who maybe considering getting led tailights is to Do it yourself. You will learn a ton in the process but...
I know you purchased 70ma led's but what current are you sending to them w/o the PWM? Reason I am asking is cuz I purchased the same leds and did not have to dim them at all. The way my circuit is designed I am limiting them by only running 50ma to each led through a 1/2 watt resistor on each...
thanks for all the input. I have not yet had any dealings with woofer but I have been on there website a few times. Since some of you had positive experiences I will do business with them in the future.
not a smart idea especially when you consider the vsv's that control the fuel pressure regulator. Also with the ISC valve, no vacuum running here will make you car idle like shit.
just talked to tbcmorris. He said that within 15 minutes of work today they got it running. It was a missed wired igniter and or a few wires at the ecu plug. Know they have to patch up an oil leak in the return line from turbo and fabricate the brake lines.
I'm sure morris will add more, but...
My friends and I are going thru this horror story of code 14 right now. Read "a ct supra build" in the build threads and you'll see what I'm talking about. or just search for username tbcmorris
just a quick thought I just had. I know during one part of the day we traced all the wired to the ecu. I'm just thinking maybe be chance a wire was mistaken for another and a signal from the AFM was swapped for a wire for IGf? Worth a look at especially since you have an 87 TSRM at hand !!!!!!
dude code 14 is Ignition Signal from the igniter and that alone will cause you car not to start/run. From my understanding about code 14 is that the Igniter tells the coil to fire and gets a confirmation which it send to the ecu Via IGf pin. If the Ecu doesn't receive this confirmation from the...
APC foglights!!!! Really? APC actually makes something that i like? how is the construction of them though? are they apc quality crap? or are they actually good?
