No you don't, reuse the lines that are in your car for the hydro fan. For the power steering you will need to buy a high pressure power steering line from the mkiv. Driftmotion sells them...

RSR Race springs are listed as 12/6 and they're the stiffest I've seen. I haven't seen the H&R spring rates listed anywhere.
