very nice build. i'm using the same turbo, but on a built 7m. i went with 1000cc injectors, and they mite still be too small. i'm hoping for 6-700hp with this turbo. i'm told it flows enough for 850, but we'll see. also, as far as pumps go, i have an aem 320. i know it's going to be too...

you either have to have bungs welded on, or just use hose and regular hose clamps

I'm feeding the rail from the front and back, and using the middle as the return to the regulator. I used a y adapter and -6 an fittings with push lock hose.

nice numbers. I just picked up an s366 for my 7m. hoping to make over 600.

i'm pretty sure it is the hg. the bitch of it is, i just rebuilt the motor and used a titan hg. it's all good........ i'm putting in a completely built motor and head on saturday. i'll just fix this one and sell it.

huh. i just heard that noise while driving yesterday. i've been trying to diagnose why my car pushes coolant out of the overflow when i get on it. the gauge never goes past halfway.....

reviving an old thread........ i'm looking for some info on the idler pulley setup for the alternator in the pics.. i'd love to hear from the op.

no pics yet, but i'm getting ready too hurt some feelings locally. lol I picked up a fully built motor, and everything else I need to make over 1000hp. no more messing around. ;) the hg went on my built motor and it needs valve seals, so I decided to go all out and get a whole new setup...

ok, a little more info..... the car loses coolant out of the overflow after i drive it hard. the upper hose seems to have a lot of pressure in it. strangely, the temp gauge never goes past halfway. i did just replace it with a brand new one, so it should be ok. is there any chance that it's NOT...

kyb or tokico shocks and some lowering springs should be fine. i have kyb's and h&r race springs. with a slight roll i fit 18x10 +25 wheels with 265-35's all around.

well,,,,, the temp gauge never spiked this morning, and the rad was full. BUT, the radiator shit the bed. :( hopefully that was part of the problem the whole time.

it does smoke on decel, but not near as much as before. it does NOT smoke on startup.

i have a greddy profec b spec 2. works great. i plan on using my aem ems though as it will allow me to do boost by gear, etc....

i just installed a new factory toyota thermostat and radiator cap. here's to hoping that works. :)

long story short....... i have a rebuilt 7m with about 8,000 miles on it. completely gone through.... everything is new and has eagle rods, forged oversize pistons, new shimmed oil pump, titan mhg, decked head and block. new 60-1 ct26, 1000cc injectors, aem ver 1, etc... the car started...

same problem here. fresh rebuild with about 8,000 miles on it. head and block decked, titan mhg, arp studs. recently lost some coolant out of the overflow, temp gauge goes to 3/4 after about ten min, then stays at half. I was thinking about doing a new thermostat and maybe a "good" rad cap.
