    SP61GT bolt on Dyno numbers if you care.

    Turn up the boost to 17-18psi. The SP61GT is practically asleep at that boost level. Your torque will be much higher and come on sooner with more boost. Also, take the engine to redline and you will noticee that the power does not die out at 5500rpm's any more.

    is spec a good clutch ?

    My SPEC 2 held up to all kinds of abuse, at least until I shifted from 3rd to 2nd at 90mph at the track. My clutch feel is different now and I don't think its going to be able to hold at the track any more. I might be going for the horsepower freaks bronze clutch next.

    7MGTE question?

    I think there may be more to it than just the head not being torqued down hard enough. MK4's run 30psi on stock headgaskets with no issues. I ran 24psi with a Greddy metal headgasket and ARP headbolts, and lifted the head off the gasket. I beleive it was heat related more than anything.

    I have run up to 24psi on my SP61GT using the Lex AFM. I do have a fuel cut defender wired in too, but I'm not sure if its helping me avoid fuel-cut. BTW, don't try this without having your engine dynotuned.
