Yea it does. If you watch it when you are under the hood revving you can see it moving in and out. To me that means it is ok, maybe the second port has something to do with running higher boost!? Thanks a ton Reign.

Just dl'd it over night as well. Supreme commander should be finished in ~6h as well. I also have every other C&C game, I hope this one doesn't disappoint.
