If I remember correctly, it'll go over the actuators, just not over the dust covers obviously.. Actually, just read the ad, it states "it fits on TEMS unit too, only thing you need to do is removing the cap from units, thats it." So yeah, need to take dust covers off, then it'll fit fine

Yup, I'd say tune high, because if you tune for low, ie. lower amt of fuel flow, then if you pick high, you're getting more air with the lower fuel setting, thus making you lean/more lean than you want to

RPM 1 is described as the "primary", so if possible use that one, where as RPM 2 is an alternate, no idea why they named each, maybe 1 slightly more sensitive than 2?

that's the same problem i just got over, had parking lights/driving lights, but no brake lights. I bought one of the modules off ebay for about $12 or so, and now everything's working fine.
