If someone was going to go through the trouble of flow testing their manifold after porting, they'd probably just pony up and buy a better manifold from the start ;).

If your only wanting a 58 trim I'd personally go with a stage 4 so you'd have better spool. The A/R on the stage 5 is .81, I'm not sure what it is on the stage 4, but I'm almost positive that's the only differences between stage 4 and 5 as they both have the same trim options offered for the...
It'd suck to have to refill every now and then. What'd happen if you ran out during a race or just spirited driving? You don't run out of intercooler ;).
Full rebuild done nicely would be about 4-6K depending on what gaskets you use, machine work is done, etc.
This isn't a high HP rebuild figure either, this is a BPU and down figure.
What kind of clamp were you using? I've seen worm clamps bite into silicone couples when tightened down, I know that shit doesn't help out the coupler ;).
