I used the Aircraft Paint Stripper to strip down my 5 spokes and it came off really easily. I left it on maybe 30 seconds or less on each wheel and it got most of it off in that time. If there is still some on there, just repeat and it should bubble up and come right off. I wouldn't leave it...

I use Avast as well and have had no problems at all with it. Very good free anti-virus that you can't beat. On the other hand, I refuse to use Norton or McAfee as they do nothing but slow everything down to the point where you want to get rid of it as soon as possible.
