Degrease the block very well and prep it how you want it depending on how rough or whatver you want the outer edge to look like and use high temp paint.

Depends on the boost you wanna run, those turbos can make up probably 850rwhp if you have a FULL race motor on the t88h but thats race gas, and not to mention will it clear the hood? is it streetable?

I think most "street rods" are a joke, a bunch of old guys that never run them hard (not to say old people don't run hard but not street rod guys), and get a bunch of performance parts for nothing, just show only, trailored and eveyrthing.
