Part of it's the management team...and part of it's just me I guess. I take pride in my work, mostly because I'm reminded of what it got me every time I look out the window at my car, and I just think without the customers I wouldn't have that. So I'm just returning the favor, so to speak...

alright good news...i hope. Pulled the plugs and the noise got a bit louder on the foremost one (#1), but didn't go away for any of them. I guess I can rest a little bit eaisier now that I know it's coming from the head somewhere.
