in my 92 i have the same issue just play with the switch for awhile and try holding the switch and then opening the passenger door. it takes a while but eventually it will go back up just don't stop mid roll up or you have to start again

i like my five stars but the sawblades were kinda a supra thing. i want to get them as my winter rims

for the window check your passenger side switch. i have the exact same problem in mine and it turned out to be the passenger side switch a pretty easy fix
