Hi Tanya,
Tried two attempts at sending you photos of my soop but i kept getting mail delivery attempt fail... checked the address and everything....not sure whats goin on...? :3d_frown:
will try again tomorrow...
Yeah sounds right man, as the first time i did the tank, my hands were greasy when mixing the two adhesive materials together...:biglaugh:
gotta take time and do it right!! :aigo:
Hey man, so what do you reckon is the best thing to do, try one of those repair kits? it didnt work for me the first time, but maybe i should try again....:icon_mad:
I have a leaking tank too, though it only occurs when I tighten the fuel cap and the pressure builds. Ive been a little dodgy and just screw the cap a little looser than normal.
Its probably bout time i repair it..!:biglaugh:
Is it dangerous to weld a fuel tank even if its out and fully...
I had to go over the pits in dickson, but only because my car didnt have a compliance plate... some stupid guy from a shop i wont name thought my car was like 'illegal' and freaked out! fool!
Yeah but just how much weight can you remove from our cars without making it too much of a compromise. i.e no rear seats and stuff.
Like what have you removed?
yeah I assumed my car wouldnt have been at its best, but i still thought i would have eaten him alive...lol maybe too much under-estimation! :biglaugh:
cant see the pics man.... if its the same lights as these orange ones than its your tail lamp warning light. meaning either your lights are out OR it's faulty due to water in the tail lamps.
before my bhg.... :(
I saw a VW GT (1.4 litre supercharged and turbocharged - approx 125kw) pacing me on the way to the shops so decided to give him a run.
From the lights we took of normal and then we both hit it from bout 10kph in first gear and i pulled him by about 1.5 car lengths.
Now...
