the only thing I like about the MkIV dash is that it angles the center towards the driver a bit...otherwise I prefer ours. I'd like to see how it all comes together though, wouldn't look too bad I wouldn't think.

well looks like from what allan says this should go a lot eaisier than I figured it would! The main obstacle is going to be wiring it all together, but I'm sure I can figure it out.......probably. I'll get a build thread going as soon as we get the car!

well see, that's where the donor engine is coming from....my buddy is doing a 1J swap so we'll have an extra engine lying around, I've got a W58 tranny/ECU/wiring so it only seems right that we swap it all out lol. not to mention it's going to be a DD/grocery getter/piddle around in the rain...
