There are two different radiators, but they are dependent on the year, not if its turbo or na. So don't worry about running the wrong one. edit: or they are just talking about a different part number for the upper and lower hoses

yes, thats where the t-stat is. Its hot here, so you probably didn't hurt anything by not running one as its going to heat up fast. And no, thats probably not why its shooting coolant out of the reservoir.
