~12 psi with stock fuel and and AFM, but you're not going to see much of a difference at all until you get that stock turbo elbow/down pipe off there and replaced with a full flowing 3" piece.
I think it's safe to say that if Chriso is having his son do a MHG that he will have the proper RA spec for it on both heads, if that is the case, then it shouldn't matter which head was on there as the surfaces will be near identical.
You can accelerate the MHG symptom the 7M's are prone to. Since you've said your stock, a good thing to do right now is to retorque your head bolts per tsrm patterns to the newer rate torque amount (not sure exacly what it is, but around 70-76 ft/lbs area) to prevent the BHG. A BHG = a down...
lol, I imagine not, I prefer those little stock style clamps that require needle nose pliers to get off, forgot the name of them. Man, I need a bunch of those suckers...
Doesn't really matter, they are going to work loose again shortly. Once they do that, it's damn near impossible to keep them tight without doing it frequently. The driftmotion kit works really well ;).
Lock tite will not work, don't try it, it can't handle the heat.
Some are in tight spots, but if you've got monkey arms like me you should be ok ;). Be careful with torquing, I'm betting the threads will let got before they see 29 ft/lbs.
Better be some thick brackets, a regular AL bracket would most likely bend under the weight once that rad is full of coolant/water. Vibrations won't help either. Better use a couple extra brackets to be safe...
