    Don't quote me but stock headgasket is 1.37 mm compressed I thought. Since you took off .6mm and you have a 1.9mm hg that should keep you right around stock compression.

    Make sure you are careful if you are using any sort of persuasion. You don't want to damage the turbine or compressor wheels at all.

    I think it would be in your best interest to block off the hose running from the canister, gas fumes under the hood might not be the safest thing

    you really should be using a 19mm socket on a 1/2" drive breaker bar. I broke a ratchet trying to use 3/8"

    I'm doing somethign similar. Disconnect the lines going to the compressor, and then theres 4 bolts that hold on the condenser, take that out and the lines that run through the firewall can be disconnected as well, on the exhaust side
