Yeah, easiest spot is the frame rail on the drivers side. It should all be under a little platic cover. Probably gonna need two pairs of vise grips to get it off. One just pulls off w/ a little wire clip thing. OR, you could remove them both from the engine, but thats a flippin PITA...

That little white plug is for CA cars only... some stupid emmisions BS or w/e. They're right on the others as well. Just leave it unhooked, mine is. :icon_bigg

^ How hard did you try? :icon_bigg Just barely break the stock bolts loose, and retorque to whatever spec you feel like doing. Do this in the same order as you were going to use to install them. Oh, also, make sure to drain all of the antifreeze from the engine... Take out the little plug...
