How about you remove the down pipe. Get a 6 inch extention, 12mm socket, and a ratchet. Its not as hard as you making it to be. you just have to know how to get your arms and hands in there.:sarcasm:

The same thing happened to my buudy's car and mine... You isc is stuck in the open position. Like i said.. pinch your ISC hose and your idle will go down and be steady. If you put a hose clamp around it or a valve in the hose so you can adjust your idle manually until you get your new ISC...
or just hook up an after market boost guage. start your motor. rev and watch if the needle shakes you have a boost leak. If so you might as well change all the intake gaskets because if you fix one more will come
the hose that goes from your ISC valve across your valve covers to your accordian tube. Pinch that hose and you idle should go down . If that works you have a faulty ISC. or disconnected. Check your linkage on your TB too.
you can take ISC apart and spray some wd40 in it. Sometimes they...
