I'd have to see real evidence about the turbos spooling fully at 1800. Sounds fishy.
1JZ injectors are 370s. 440s are JDM 2J injectors. US 2J injectors are 550s.
What are you basing this on? The part about twins blowing because of being used on a 3L.
440cc injectors are 2JZ injectors, not 1JZ.
Everything else you posted looks ok.
Just send them out. Even if you used a self cleaning method, how would you check your work to insure they flowed full and true?
The best part about cleaning, other than the cleaning itself, is getting the sheet back with the flow rate of each injector before and after.
