Hey will it be easier to connect the two catback pipes together and then hang/bolt it to the cat or put it on one piece at a time?

Guys im in a pickle. I got the bolts off of the catalytic convertor. I need to get the stock exhaust off of a specific hanger but I cant find a way to do so. Here is a pic.

Finally the catback pipes came after a a few weeks of hell waiting for them. I'm gonna be running them with the Megan 3" (inlet) GT muffler. At the moment everything else exhaust-wise is stock. I'm going to get to installing everything sometime this week.
