pff, c'mon guys... the 7m-gte's plugs aint that bad to change. I change mine every oil change. When I had my 7m-ge on the other hand.... that sucked. A lot more had to come off in order to get to the two middle ones!

all of the 0w-30 castrol I have seen for sale in my town is the german castrol (made in germany on the back, but doesn't say european formula)... Freshly in stock everytime I go in.
I want to paint mine something like that.. but in grey. So when the light hits the paint it looks like a dark graphite metallic.. and when there isn't direct light on the paint it looks almost black... yum...
mine does this also... if it's blow-by, not much you can do...
