I'm going to assume it's an aftermarket 60-1 with an external WG. If your base WG setting is making you hit FC, then you don't have many options. Either get a softer spring or use one of the methods to raise or eliminate fuel cut. If it's a CT26 60-1, then you have some other problem...

He doesn't have a BB turbo nor is he positive it's oil coming out of the exhaust. He never said there was oil coming out of the turbo anyway. There's hardly enough evidence to assume an oil restrictor is needed on the turbo.

Alignment, tire pressure, and driving with the windows up or down are also contributing factors.

With machines like this available, the US should have a tiered license system like other countries for bikes. I wouldn't be against that.
