I agree to an extent but that depends on the type of driving it's being used for. If it's mostly freeway stuff, it won't really make a difference as the top 3 gears are pretty much the same on both. Light to light or other lower speed situations would definately be different. Not sure if good...
Are you interested in the Getrag just because it has 6 gears?
You should be interested because of it's ability to hold lots of power. That's the real benefit of the Getrag.
Otherwise, stick with the R154.

I think Integras, and most Hondas, are MAP based systems like the 1JZ. AFM'd cars don't like boost leaks and will run horribly.
You could drive a 1J around without any of the IC pipes on.
