I recently spoke with an owner of a smog shop and he told me the best way to get your car legal is make sure all the smog equipment is on there and go see a referee and get a certificate.
You are absolutely right I was thinking the five spoke rims that came later than my 89 were also wider, the jist of what I was trying to say is a 245 on a 7 inch wide rim (sawblade), is pretty much the max recommended width at any of the tire manufacturers sites.
It's way more responsive to steering input, I feel road bumps alot better but for me that's a good thing. I haven't really got into some good turns yet I'm waiting to make sure they got everything back together right and tight. I'll take it and have the alignment done at toyota next.
I picked up the Supra today, Oh YA NICE and solid now, they said my bushings were SHOT. So here's what they said about the rest of the bushings. It will take approximately three months to get them to market. On the rack bushings I asked if I sent them some could they make them, they said if I...
Sorry to hear your brother was taken advantage of, Azoles tend ruin anything in life they touch. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it is a duck. I see the 5-6K MK4 Supras on Craigslist everyday I flag them all. I have received a thanks from Craig’s cause who ever answers their emails...

My car is still there, they asked to keep it another week for some photo shoot, so I would imagine its going to take a few weeks to get all their web pages and online catalogs updated. I plan on asking them for the p/ns and release date when I go to pick up the car. I also plan on asking them IF...
Well I pretty much struck out on the autozone thing but I did get this email back from Castrol when I wrote and asked them where I could buy the german castrol in socal. This is the second email from them the first one I got basically blew me off, then I received this one. If you look down at...
Suprabad, actually there was nothing wrong with my bushings at all. I simply volunteered my car since I was close to Energy and had another vehicle to use for work. My 192K suspension as far as I could tell from DD it worked flawlessly, including the TEMS. I've had two sets of tires on the car...
Adjuster would something like the KYB Coil Spring Insulator stacked up work? Or an aluminum ring then the spring insulator?

Certainly a Great Start. I mentioned to Energy that I had also read somewhere the Energy Truck bushings were supposed to work and Energy said they tried all the ones they make and something about a notch on my particular rack wouldn’t work out. Maybe someone with experience with racks...
OKAY here's the latest. I got a call from Energy today. It's almost done. They will have the upper and lower front and rear A-Arm bushings only. They said that because they would have had to drop the front and rear sub frames they would not be able to do the sub frames no would they be doing the...
If someone buys the German Castrol 0-30 could you post the autozone part number from your receipt so those of us whose stores dont stock it can see if they can order it in? I went to my local autozone and all I got was the blank stare of confusion when I asked if they could see about ordering it...
