Reading the comments about perfect things created by god, a nice little part of Douglas Adam's "A Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" came to my mind: :biglaugh: This book/movie generally contains some very funny, yet fascinating ideas on religion, life, the universe and everything.

Even if you say "Whoever lives in the US should only speak English in public places", would you also apply this to tourists? I wouldn't... The "lady" can't even have known whether he was living in the US or just visiting for a few days or if he was an exchange student or whatever.
