When I see another Supra (and I don't recognize it), I always leave a "Texas Supras" card under the wiper.
My BOV (Bosch upgrade) makes the "flutter sound" if you're "inbetween" boost and vacuum.
It's always done that, and judging by lunatic's similar reply I'd say it's nothing to worry about.
