Pearl paint is hard to match (near impossible), and you want all the panels to match. I would work that angle and insist on a complete paint job, or the cash equivilent (big $$$'s... if you know what I mean). This way you definitely come out a winner, and it's totally legit.

Running bigger tires up front has a tendency to make a well worn front end die a quick death. Wear on things like bushings (especially upper and lower control arms), and steering racks etc. will be accelerated by bigger wider tires in the front.

Suprageezer, what were the symptoms of your (I assume) worn upper and lower control arm bushings? Were they creaky on bumps or braking? I dont seem to have alot of slop (aligns good and no obvious play when I jack up the wheel and muscle it around) but it just started creaking like an MF...
