I don't think a Yamaha R6 qualifies as a "nice DD" It's a street legal race machine. You could DD one and people do but there are a lot better and cheaper bikes if you're looking for something to putt around in as a DD and save gas.

Are you sure about that? The times I've run open downpipe just to see what it's like, the low end felt like shit and a bag full of nothing until higher RPM.

go ahead and do some bolt ons. I know you want to keep your car stock but all the bolt on mods you'll need to beat a camry can be easily returned to stock whenever you want. Exhaust, downpipe, intake, boost controller, injectors, whatever. Go from less than 200rwhp to near or above 300rwhp...

There is life outside of the JZ. And better engines.
