Eh? My alternator bracket sits on the front of the timing belt case IIRC. (Its been a few months since I got to look at my 7M :cry: ) I just removed the A/C bracket and compressor thinking it wouldn't affect anything. does it?

This is the best I can do: The alternator bracket is separate from the A/C bracket. You don't need the A/C bracket for the alternator.
