Change the oil... lol Just check it and add until it's good. Again, I have never turned one over by hand or done anything besides check the oil. Gotta get some balls and see what she's got before you can do anything else.

I've always just cranked them over. What's it gonna hurt, seriously? If you can get it for cheap go for it. But I wouldn't do more than $150, throw him a price and walk away and give him your number. They ussually call. Plus, you can ALWAYS go up.
