Yay, new parts!! Got my rod bearings, main bearings, freeze plugs, oil pump bearings... I have a feeling they're going to be too thick, one of the mains bearings measured 0.0901". I'm almost positive i'm going to have to have the crank re-ground... grrr. I won't jump to conclusions yet...

There was a big writeup, i think it might've been supra centrals... But from what i recall, a stroker kit will increase velocity, and when you hit redline you're now in the danger zone, everything still has to turn 7000 rpm's, but now the piston has more distance to travel, so it has to go...

It has to do with the exhaust stroke when the crank is throwing the piston upwards rediculously fast, and theres no compression pushing back to stop it, just the rod bolts to hold the assembly from destroying your head!

Woah there, new IC pipes are pricy. Either get/build a boost leak tester (pvc plug the size of IC pipe w/ air nozzle, like a leakdown test for your IC pipes) Or spray the pipes with Carb Cleaner, if it increases rpm's, you found the leak. Figure out where the leak is before you start throwing...
