Mine is a 3 wire sensor having the same issue but haven't dug into it much (other than there are only 3wires running all the way to b3) I just recently wired in my rear speed sensor I'll be looking into it more soon

I did when I first got my first supra, good news that turbo is still running today(not on my car) but it took a lot of modification, it's a "bolt on replacement" but the stock accordian hose doesn't fit, it's oil cooled so you need t4 style softlines, the wastegate actuator lasted about a month...
