Its not sitting in a hot field somewhere. It's in a controlled climate dealer showroom. More than likely turned on a few times a year. My dad's 150k mile mk3 still has most of the stock hoses. Pretty sure this car is alright.

I dont think you've been in a car with a 1 piece DS. I haven't felt a single bit of vibration from them in any of the cars I've been in. Maybe it happened when they were first introduced decades ago? You're really overthinking this but it's your car and money so do what you want.

No one here is going to break an aluminum DS....

I dont get how people can choose MS over AEM V2 unless money is just very tight. Check with PHR, I just bought an AEM Infinty for $1150 new! No brainer.

He's making for both the R and W series. But honestly, R series bellhousings aren't hard to come by at all.

Thanks guys! I forgot to post this pic A few updates: I ordered my carbon hood from Jarvis :naughty: Got the hatch back today. It weighed 78lbs with glass. Now weighs 38lbs with Lexan. Also received some windshield, door, and hatch moldings from Elmhurst Toyota! Rear quarter...
