thanks for the replys! well my vacuum source is the same one i have used since the stock bov and still has a good vacuum on it. i also checked the line for blockage and i can blow threw it just fine. i manually actuated the bov as the car was running and it seems smooth when i pushed in on it...

well mine isnt leaking yet so what should i try to do? i guess i blew $80 on this so im down to try anything to get it going. i also dont have the funds to buy a new bov right now. IWANTMKIII: WHAT DO YOU RUN NOW?

the vacuum source is the oem bov one. i was thinking silicone spray but idk what material is in there. should i manually push on something? i have had it for 6months just sitting there.

this is on my 91 7mgte i just swapped from my buddy's greddy bov to a used(idk how old) hks bov that i bought from a member on here. i get compressor flutter all the way up to 9psi (my max psi) even with the screw all the way out. could it be stuck? could it be fucked? could i have something...

i can help you tomorrow mourning, 9ish? i forgot where you live so send me your address. i will also bring your bov. do you want to use my engine hoist thing? it allows you to adjust the angle of the motor.

it would of been better if the intercooler mounts were on top. i have to run my pipes now and relocate the oil cooler somewhere.
