#1 plug dry carbon fouling, rest A-OK, what does it mean?

The #1 cylinder injector appears to be runing a bit rich. Try running some fuel injector cleaner thru the gas tank for a couple of tanks. A company called BG makes a really strong one called MI3000. We sell it at the shop for $10. They have a website. Lots of pro racers use their stuff.

    Pacesetter header O2 sensor

It should be just fine in the hole/place provided. It will get plenty hot. It needs to be located where it will get a reading from all the exhaust. So if it were any higher up the system, it would only be getting exhaust from some of the cylinders.

    Quality gasket sets?

Ishino is OEM for Toyota, and most Japanese engines. Stone puts their name on the packages. My n/a set was $155, online. Also, make a friend of someone in the local Toy dealer parts dept. so you can get the 'net' price, usually 20% off list. Or his cost, which is 10% over what dealer...

    help with emissions

Well...at my smog repair shop we diagnose for $75. Get it out here, and I'll have it done for $50. Seriously...it might be worth having it diag'd. You can change the 02, and repair some other things yourself. A cat installed here is $150. Most EGR systems on our cars have plugged passages...

    A/C not working...

FREON. There is a 'low pressure' switch in the line to save the compressor from burning up if the system gets too low on freon. It sounds like you should let a proffesional tackle this repair for you. Sometimes you just have to pay someone else for certain repairs.

    How Does The TEMS Work?

The 'firmest' setting is when the lights are all 3 lit. You cannot make it any firmer. You can make your normal/sport buttons into sport/full firm to try it out by putting a jumper (even a paper clip) into the terminals at the diagnose connector under the hood near the battery. There is a...

    failed emissions

Engine coolant temp (thermostat) must be at like 180* and above. The coolant sensor for the computer can be inaccurate and cause the computer to think the engine is colder than it really is, and it will richen the mixture. Also the AFM malfunctioning can cause you to run rich. But if the...

    door locks

No, Sam Gangie, you can't go to Toyota to get it keyed like the ignition. They only sell the parts. Talk to a couple (because some aren't to bright) of lock smiths about bringing in the door lock and having it keyed to your ignition key.:icon_bigg
