my 2jz swap does the same thing but only when cold. The volts are low and move with the rpms, the car tries to die and i have to give it some gas so it doesnt. After a few seconds the volts rise and then it stays put. After driving the car it wont do it again on start up unless its been a while...

I want to swap over to a post 89 bumper, but im too lazy and i honestly dont think the pre 89 bumper looks too bad. Maybe cuz it grew on me and i cant find any good deals on bumpers local :P

you need the engine harness for wiring. Were you doing the harness yourself or sending it out? You also need a diff, prob want a turbo diff.

if ur staying 5 speed keep the manual trans parts.

That pre 89 bumper with blinker covers doesnt look bad. Maybe if it filled the gap it would look even better.
