i used the stone kit on my build, it does not come with the egr cooler gasket and the head gasket looks like the oem toyota gasket with the copper rings although i did not use it because i used a metal head gasket (im not 100% sure if the head gasket with the kit is as good as the toyota one...

im running a hks stopper gasket was the rear timing case machined with the block? how smooth was the finish?
