I run a ford contour e-fan on a relay on a keyed power source. Figure minimum 50amp relay. Those install kits that come with 30 amp relays are trash, it will blow out sooner or later and usually the wiring is too small.
Tomorrow I'm ordering a new fan shroud for the factory mechanical fan...
GT45 turbo, 30psi boost, and alot of gasoline. Internally it's stock except aftermarket pistons. Head is ported with cams.
Becides the obvious, a custom intake manifold, Q45 TB, big fucking injectors. Not sure on ECU, but I wouldn't put it past being a AEM since the harness is still toyota.
That motor is burnt! See how the cams are tinted brown? Not good bro... I'd think about changing the headgasket for shits and giggles, that thing has been run hotttt and the oil never changed.
As far as cam gears go? I just put an impact gun on the bolts and zipppp right off.
Span, more airflow on a bigger turbo = more pressure on the valves to stay open. Stock twins @ 18psi i didnt float til 8500, single @ 12psi = float at 8000.
Im sure crower cams are ok, but we're talking 10+ years of proven use on JUN/HKS compared to 6 months of crower.

A 4.0 liter Soarer (sc400) with Active suspension and AWS, agenst a 2.5GT-T Soarer with normal suspension (what we have here in the USA).
