Well, I am hopefuly borrowing my friends engine hoist so I can pull my motor asap and get it all prepped for my new head before it gets here, but well see how that goes. I sent you a pm on the accordian hose and I might need to get the radiator too so pm me back whenever you get a chance.

You can go for fd wheels or mkiv wheels because I am pretty sure almost anything is lighter than sawblades. Lighter wheels are nice because the lighter they are, the less force it takes to turn them, etc.

I am more than likely going to have my supra all back together when the snow starts falling and I plan on driving the supra as much as possible. I have a wrangler as my second car, but I plan on selling it as soon as the supra is done(should wait untila fter winter so well see) She is going to...
I am going to have to go with everyone and say duane is going to win. I love his car, but I am anticipating a great run. It doesn't really matter which car wins because they are both mkiii's, even though I like 7m's more because people don't respect them as much in my opinion so someone needs...
Well if you can't up load them, let me know and I can just take them to photobucket and make a page for them for you. Let me know. But if you have like hundreds of them then itll be a pita. Let me know.
Jon
Yeah I am either going to just buy one from sears or get one off ebay then this week so I can get everything done once and for all. You wouldn't by chance be able to weld would you? I just need my greddy bov flange welded onto my hardpipes and I do not know how to weld, nor do I have a...
If you need some help let me know. Well if you are in ct. With an extraset of hands it should be doable in a days work. It isn't hard to replace, it is everything you need to take out that is a pita to get to the to bearing.

Wouldn't porting the exhaust manifold be a bad idea? I know you do not want to port the exhaust ports on the head because you want to have as much pressure as possible to spool the turbo right or am I way off?

I wish I could find pics of one, but I have seen people put aftermarket boost gauges into the stock location. All you would have to do is take out the cluster and drill out a whole big enough to mount the new gauge and make sure that it is in deep enough so you can put it all back together...
Do you by chance have an engine hoist(cherry picker)? That is the only thing I need to get and I do not feel like renting one becuase it costs so much so if not then I will just buy one. I need to pull my motor to check my bearings and make sure no water got into my oil when my hg blew. I...

I may actually need some help if you have any time soon. I am getting my rebuilt head on weenesday and then I am trying to decide if I want to pull my motor and put in new bearings because I had a bhg, but I am not sure if it will need them because it didn't knock when I took her off the road...
You can use a razor blade, but the easiest way I feel is with a gasket remover, and I believe that is what is shown in the picture. Mine looks a little different as it is all one piece and it does not have removable blades.

Well right now she is at my parents house in their garage waiting on a whole lot of parts to be installed. Just ordered a rebuilt head and some schneider cams from p5150. Besides that I want to take out my motor and get new bearings, rings, oil pump, hoses, new radiator and whatever else I see...
