i have had the same prob w/ the window switch. try taking it out and using some elc contact cleaner. re-lube the piviot and it should be ok. if not replace it! as far as the security,to activate it,get out of the car,hit the lock button from the inside drivers side,and lift up on the door...

Does it matter which way the slots angle on the rotor? I've seen some cars with the slots facing forward,and some going the opposite way. In example,looking at the passenger side front rotor, now at the top of the rotor,does the / face forward or go \ ... or is it a manufacurer descretion?:aigo:
