I like the Suspension Techniques (ST) springs a whole lot, it's what i've used in the past. I'm not finding any at the moment for sale anywhere (new), but I've been happy with them. Very stock-like when cruising, get hard when leaned on, plus a nice stance. I recommend them.

Moire info is needed. What headbolts did you use three years ago? Were they new or used? Have they been retorqued since? Where exactly in the block did you see the oil and coolant? Are you having to add coolant? How does the car run? If it's missing or acting funny and everything else is fine...
