    You don't have to do anything with it, it will just be a useless pipe Replacing it with a blockoff plate is a more aesthetic solution

    Its meant to be a fail safe, so that if the FPR fails, that restriction will build pressure so you can limp home. With the high flow pump, the restriction will put strain on the pump, and probably make you build too much fuel pressure So basically, yes :)
