lol the drawback to the cup holder is that the holders themselves are too small. I have problems putting drinks in there from fast food joints because the cup holders are too small. Plus not having the deep box sucks too.
Instead of creating a new 3" dp, can't you just use a normal 3" dp and weld a plate that divorces the wastegate from the turbo? IMO that would be easier to do but can it be done? That way people can use their own 3" dp's and just weld a plate to the dp.
It all depends on who you go to. Depending on who is working the smog station at the time, they will either care or not care about your modifications. The guy I went to didn't care because all the mods I had did not affect emissions. However, some places will see a red light if you have even...
Having it rain is okay, just let it all dry up. At least you're doing the right thing when you first buy a car, which is maintenance. Are you planning to drift your car?
Yea it was hot, and it's supposed to be hot all week long. It's a nice change of weather after having that rain spell that we desperately needed. With the coming of warm weather though, we should organize some meets and cruises and BBQs!!! 80s is hot when you've lived in 65 all year round.
lol i'm surprised at how fast the story spread. I can't believe that someone was able to take pictures at that moment, with a dSLR camera too. If I just saw that accident, I would've just paused until everything was over, just shocked. Props to the guy who shot the pictures though lol.
If I remember correctly, you might be able to cut the housing apart but you would have to strip the area behind the back seat and take out the plastic housing and cut the whole. But I might be wrong and you might not be able to get the 6x9's in there.
the back speakers for 90+ are 5.25" or 5 1/4" speakers. to get in there, it took me a lot of elbow grease because of the hatch plastic gets in the way. You need an angle driver to get the screws and then it's still incredibly hard to put the speakers back in. I gave up and just put 2 screws...
because all the other cars my friends got are breaking down and i've only paid maintenance for the supra. plus i like the uniqueness of the car, the way its shaped, the power of the car and the handle at speeds above the posted speed limit.
Lol the light really does look like a birdcage, and when it came on first for me, I could not figure it out for the life of me. Instead of it being a BHG, check your radiator cap first and make sure it's working, then check your thermostat. Work small and work your way up. As for the engine...
Did we really not have any -89 Supras? Looks like they are all 89+ which is rare lol. Cedric needs to fix a couple of other things before the paint, like the wing that's held on by electric tape.
hahahah, I have to pee!! I have to pee!! You could have gone back into the restaurant to go pee but you were too close to your car so you didn't want to go back hahaha.
lol Don't make Kyle go emo. Damn I wish I coulda gotten there earlier so my car would be in those pictures lol. We should do these minimeets more often, just have like a gathering, eat and chill someplace.
hey i was only a little late. Next time, I'll bring my car earlier so I can be in the pictures lol. I'll probably fix the sawblades to face the right way.
EDIT: looks like Boris was the first to get home eh?
Damn you and your 20/20 vision Boris!!!
lol. I usually just stand on the tire wrench and then after it doesn't move, I force it a little more. My dad has been doing that for years and never had a problem, I havn't seen a problem with it either. I'll probably go get a torque wrench later on and see how much ft/lbs that little method...
